THUNDER BAY, ON, April 14, 2016 – Kesselrun Resources Ltd. (TSXV:KES) (“Kesselrun” or the “Company”) announced today that on April 13, 2016, the Board of Directors of Kesselrun has granted 300,000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.06 per common share for a period of five years to its consultant. The options were granted in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan, which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on December 9, 2015.
The option grant will be filed with the TSX Venture Exchange. Any securities issued pursuant to the exercise of stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of grant in accordance with securities regulation.
